Truist Plaza has a dedicated team of security professionals on site 24/7.
The Bridge Level and Food Court are open to the public during building operating hours.
Truist Plaza and Garden Offices are secure, requiring an access card for entry. Tenant Facility Coordinators may use the property management work order system to request access cards for employees. Truist teammates should enter card access requests through the Truist intranet. All Truist access cards are approved/issued by the individual space owners through Truist Bank’s Intranet Badge Card Approval System.
Please allow 48 hours for access card modifications. For emergency terminations, please contact property management directly at 404-614-5000. (Requests may take more than 48 hours to process during system maintenance or unforeseen technical disruptions.)

If you happen to experience the misfortune of a flat tire while parked at the Truist Plaza Garage, please contact the Lobby Security Desk, or ring the intercom inside the parking elevator vestibules or by the blue security lights. A security officer will contact an outside vendor to assist you.
