Fitness Center
Truist Plaza tenants may enjoy the convenience of working out in the Truist Plaza Fitness Center. The Fitness Center is located on the Atrium Level of the Truist Plaza Garden Offices.
The hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday
Saturday
Sunday
5:30 AM - 9:00 PM
8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Tenants of Truist Plaza and Truist Plaza Garden Offices can enjoy the use of treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes as well as a large selection of weight machines. There are also mats and stability balls for tenant use in the stretching area. There are men’s and women’s locker rooms available for your convenience while using the Fitness Center.
In order to access the Fitness Center, building occupants must complete a Fitness Center License Agreement.
This form must be completed, signed and returned by email to Portman Management at TPCS@portmanholdings.com. Upon review and approval of the completed form, the tenant will be issued electronic access to the Fitness Center. Please keep a copy of the completed form for your records. The Fitness Center Rules and Regulations accompany this form; please be sure to allow 2 business days for access programming.
