Truist Plaza is hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, December 20th, from 8:00 AM -2:00 PM. Appointments are recommended. You can schedule an appointment by going to www.redcross.org and entering the code truistplaza.
Blood donations to the Red Cross are extremely vital and impactful. Tips for a successful donation: Eat lunch before donating blood, drink plenty of water, and get a good night's rest! Eat foods that are rich in iron (red meat, fish, poultry, prunes, raisins, green leafy veggies, beans, etc.).
